Paul has been educating and training media companies and professionals since 1999. He specialises in major technology change projects, and has led transformative training programmes for high profile companies across broadcast, publishing and advertising.  

Leith Murgai

Leith is an expert in evolving digital media technologies. Over the past 15 years he has been at the forefront of implementation and change programmes, helping large organisations such as Sky, News UK and the BBC adapt to new tools and workflows.

Phil Birchenall

Project Manager

Phil has over ten years' experience in managing training projects. As a central player on our more complex projects, his mix of natural creativity and and innate ability to 'make things happen' ensures that the ball always stays in the air.

Tom Underwood

Trainer + Consultant

Tom is a gifted technical trainer and workflow consultant. He has 20 years experience as a picture editor, edit producer, sound recordist and sound supervisor, and has consulted and designed workflows for a number of high profile media clients.

 

Mark Egan

Trainer + Consultant

Mark has 15 years experience training new ways of working in TV and multi-media environments. BBC-trained, he remains active in broadcast production, and continues to explore evolving production techniques in videojournalism and web video.

Martin Parsons

As a consultant and trainer, Martin specialises in digital and 3D stereoscopic workflows from set, through post-production and onto the screen. His work with, ARRI, MPC, BLIP and Assimilate gives put him at the leading edge of digital workflows.

Ezra combines sales experience, digital marketing expertise and an impressive toolkit of creative talents. He also has significant experience in education and training for the digital media sector, which means he doesn't just talk a good game.

Matthew Ryan

Matthew is a mobile developer and trainer with expert technical experience on high-profile projects for BBC Sport and Universal Pictures. He has delivered developer training to a wide range of clients including BBC, TBWA and McCann Ericsson.

 

Peter Zanchetta

Peter is a highly respected TV director and workflow consultant, with an innate gift for education and training within his field. He combines professional practice with an approach to training design and delivery which delivers results, consistently.

With over 15 years training and support experience, Sharon is immersed in the full 4D training© life-cycle - discovery, design, development and delivery. She has particular experience with digital editorial production systems.
